At Formalist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
